may be approved by the Director of Public Works & between the
points A & B and C & D a rubble mound faced with a pitched slope set in cement mortar and bedded in cement concrete. The whole of the above works shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works within 24 months from the date of the letter mentioned in general condition No. 13. The area coloured green on plan to be handed over to Goverment free of cost on completion.
(3) The purchaser of the lot will not be allowed to utilize the
area coloured green for the purpose of storage or for the erection of any temporary buildings without the consent of the Director of Public Works first having been obtained.
(4) The facades of any buildings erected fronting the road on the
Western_boundary of the lot to be subject to the special approval of the Director of Public Works.
(5) The sale of this lot will be subject to the requirements of the Foreshore and Sea Bed Ordinance being complied with and to it then being declared expedient by the Governor-in-Council to grant the lease of this area.
(6) Any rights as regards marine frontage shall extend only to
that boundary of the lot marked B & C on sale plan and measuring about 210 feet.
(7) The purchaser of the lot shall pay into the Colonial Treasury,
on demand, the cost of removing any water main, gas main or service pipe, cable, telegraph or telephone line, sewer or culvert which the Director of Public Works may consider it necessary to have removed.
(8) The acceptance of this agreement by the purchaser shall be
deemed to extinguish all rights which the purchaser may have to discharge coal, lime &c. on the sea front in the neighbourhood of Jordan Road and to transport the same to Kowloon Înland Lot No. 395, such extinguishment shall take effect immediately on the expiration of thirty six calendar months from the date on which the purchaser is given possession of the piece or parcel of ground hereby agreed to be sold.
